Delete your Kutana Up account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kutana Up and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your profile is hidden from everyone immediately.

Without the app

Email support@kutanaup.com from the email address on your account (or the email of the Google or Apple account you sign in with), with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted within 30 days: your profile, photos, compatibility answers, likes, matches, messages and verification selfies.
• Kept: reports and moderation records involving you for up to 2 years, and a minimal record of banned accounts so they cannot re-register, as described in our Privacy Policy. Backups are overwritten within 12 weeks.

You can also ask us to delete specific data (such as photos) without deleting your account by emailing privacy@kutanaup.com.
